The Berry Hotel Tariff
1. A deposit (usually the equivalent of one night's accommodation) is required to confirm the booking.
2. No allowances can be made for meals not taken.
3. Rooms are available from 2pm.
4. Rooms to be vacated by 10am on morning of departure.
5. Arrivals later than 8pm by proir arrangement only
6. Cancellation charge equivalent to 75% of total booking may be charged if less than 14 days notice is given. We would advise taking out a cancellation insurance.
7. A minimum of three nights stay applies during July and August.
8. Pets are not accepted.
9. Children under the age of 5 years are not accepted.
10. The Berry Hotel is a No Smoking Establishment. If you smoke in the Hotel you will be asked to leave. An additional charge will be incurred for additional cleaning/decontamination.
